Playground and Park Project

After carrying out community consultation in early 2025, the final design for the proposed community Playground and Park project was made and planning permission was obtained. This will be located on the plot of land which is owned by the community between the school and the old theatre. Detailed design drawings, a planting plan and a bill of quantities was produced also. Based on this, the group intends to seek funding sources and raise match funding locally. We know that the whole community will do their best to support the building of this facility which will be used by young and old for many years to come. We are excited to see this project take shape in the near future.
